This course is designed to provide you with the tools and techniques necessary for safe freediving in the 20m depth zone. €180 per person. 4 half-day sessions or full days. Limited to 2 participants per session. Possible pathway to AIDA level. Maximum depth: -20m.
Techniques covered: Training includes safety. Full Breathing. Self-mastery and self-control. Immersion techniques and swimming techniques to optimize hydrodynamics. Analysis and understanding of individual compensation techniques. Video analysis and debriefing.
Prerequisites :
- Be able to swim at least 100 m.
- Medical insurance form.
- 16 or 17 years old with parent or guardian consent.
