Prerequisites:
- Be able to swim at least 200m.
- Medical insurance form.
- 16 or 17 years old with parent or guardian consent.

Aida courses:
AIDA Level 1 - 2 half-days price €60 Courses include theory and practical sessions. No prerequisites. The course offers a basic knowledge of freediving, introductory skills such as relaxation, finning techniques, duck dives and equalization.
AIDA Level 2 - 4 half-days price €160 Courses include theory and practical sessions. Aida level 2 > Exigences : 2 minutes STA, 40 mètres DYNB, 12 mètres CWTB, note de passage à l'examen théorique : 75 %
AIDA 3 - 5 half-days price €180 Courses include theory and practical sessions. Aida level 3 > Exigences : 2 min 45 s STA, 55 m DYNB, 24 m CWTB, note de passage à l'examen théorique : 75 %
